HOTI, a Day Habilitation program, has been in operation for decades.  Day habilitation gives those who participate opportunities to improve their ability to complete activities of daily living, improve social skills, gain educational experiences, and engage in recreational and exercise activities.  Participants can also benefit from forays into the community to visit museums and community attractions and to volunteer in various activities such as Meals and Wheels.  The HOTI program also helps improve skills related to getting and maintaining employment if that is something an individual in the program wants to do.
