The TCOOMMI program serves justice involved individuals on community supervision (probation/parole) that have a qualifying mental health diagnosis and meet established clinical and criminogenic criteria. The program provides screening, assessment and referral for individuals on probation in McLennan County or parole in the six county HOTBHN catchment area. Individuals admitted into the program participate in intensive, person-centered and individualized services to support their mental health and success on supervision

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Skills training/psychosocial rehabilitation

Psychiatric services/medication management

ELIGIBILITY:

Adults aged 18 and older

Qualifying diagnosis of a severe and persistent mental illness

On state community supervision (probation/parole)

Demonstrate a high level of clinical and criminogenic need
