HOTBHN Announces Pay Incentives For New Hires

WACO, TX – Groundbreaking news for the best people who want to work for one of the best organizations in our six-county region, as the Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network has rolled out new pay incentives.

Due to the need for staff in the QMHP, Care Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Program Specialist, Habilitation Coordinator I, Habilitation Specialist and Direct Support Professional (group home staff) position series, the Center made the following recommendations:

For all vacant positions within these series a $3,500 sign-on incentive will be paid with the following timelines:

  • $1,500 will be paid to newly hired employees with the first paycheck after two full weeks of employment.
  • $1,000 will be paid in the pay period following successful completion of the 6-month probationary period and performance review.
  • $1,000 will be paid in the pay period following successful completion of the Annual Performance Review.

The Center also rolled out a referral incentive. Any employee who refers an applicant for position within the QMHP, Care Coordinator, Service Coordinator, Program Specialist, Habilitation Coordinator I, Habilitation Specialist and Direct Support Professional series is eligible for a $500 Referral Incentive. The person referred must be hired to receive the referral incentive.
