Heart of Texas Region MHMR continues to provide valuable services to individuals with Mental Illness, Developmental Delays, Intellectual disabilities, and those dealing with trauma or stressors that exceed their coping abilities. Over the past year we have been able to impact 550 of our consumers through Wellness programs by providing primary care, opportunities for exercise, classes on healthy eating and assistance with quitting tobacco.
Please help us to continue to provide these valuable services and raise awareness in our community about the impact of mental illness.
Registration is $20 before 8-24-18 and $27 after (there is an additional sign-up fee of $2.50 because we are using an online service).
This covers the cost of your participation in the 5K or 1 mile and a T-Shirt.
All proceeds will benefit the Employee and Consumer Wellness programs.
