Your Rights Include

You have the right to: 

  • Be treated with dignity, respect, and without discrimination. 
  • Receive services in a safe and supportive environment. 
  • Participate in decisions about your care and treatment planning. 
  • Understand your services, treatment options, and the expected outcomes. 
  • Ask questions about your care and receive understandable answers. 
  • Refuse treatment and be informed about the risks and consequences. 
  • Have your culture, religion, and personal values respected. 
  • Receive care free from abuse, neglect, or exploitation. 
  • Privacy of your information. 
  • Access your records. 
  • File complaints without retaliation 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Treat staff and others with respect
  • Follow the program and safety rules
  • Provide accurate information
  • Participate in services when able

You may exercise your rights without fear of retaliation.
