You have the right to:

- Receive services in a safe and supportive environment.
- Participate in decisions about your care and treatment planning.
- Understand your services, treatment options, and the expected outcomes.
- Ask questions about your care and receive understandable answers.
- Refuse treatment and be informed about the risks and consequences.
- Have your culture, religion, and personal values respected.
- Receive care free from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
- Privacy of your information.
- Access your records.
- File complaints without retaliation
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Treat staff and others with respect
- Follow the program and safety rules
- Provide accurate information
- Participate in services when able
You may exercise your rights without fear of retaliation.
