WACO, TX – The Heart of Texas Behavioral Health Network will delay opening its facilities on Thursday, February 24 until 10 a.m. — out of an abundance of caution due to expected unsafe winter weather weather projections. The Center will keep you advised of any change of operational status here on our website as well as our Facebook page.
