MENTAL HEALTH INTAKE/ADMISSIONS
The Admissions Unit provides open access to any individual seeking services for adult mental health services. Please call for initial screening at 1-866-752-3451. If you call afterhours, please press Option 4 during your call when applying for services.
The Admissions Unit has open access at the Clifton Street Clinic, 1200 Clifton, Waco, at any time Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Later assessment times are available by appointment.
If you are located in Limestone County and cannot come to the Clifton Street Clinic for open access, we can arrange for an assessment using telehealth equipment at our regional office in Mexia.
The admission staff will also provide information and referral to assist those who are not eligible for Center services.
